BSP Online Courses 2025 – heads-up!

The British Society for Phenomenology offering of online courses is looking awesome for 2025. More details are coming very soon.

Announcement – BSP Online Courses 2025

The British Society for Phenomenology was founded with the intention of promoting research and awareness in the field of phenomenology and related philosophical ideas. Currently, the society accomplishes these aims through its journal (JBSP), essay prize, impact agenda, podcast, and events.

Online Courses are part of the BSP Events offerings. All courses focus on phenomenological thinkers or topics and are taught by experts in the field. Each short course lasts a total of six hours, with sessions of 1.5 hours held once a week on Zoom for four consecutive weeks. This includes a lecture and time for discussion / Q&A. Reading materials or any other course materials – if needed – will be provided in advance.

For 2025 we’ve got three courses lined up:

The Phenomenology of Craftsmanship – March 2025
Tanner Horst, Tidelines Institute, Alaska

Phenomenology of the Pathological Experience – June 2025
Pablo Andreu, Atlantic Technological University (ATU), Ireland

Introduction to Critical Phenomenology – October 2025
Natalija Cera, UCD School of Philosophy, Ireland

Keep an eye out for details of how to sign up for The Phenomenology of Craftsmanship with Tanner Horst. And more details on the other courses will be shared nearer their time.
